Tell me what you need. I answer with a price and a date

The form below is a brief, not an order. Until you have accepted the estimate and the date, work has not started and you owe nothing. The same person who then builds the site reads it and answers it.

If you dislike forms, write to studio@pankovs.com. The answer will be the same: the form only asks the questions I would ask anyway.

What happens after you send it

The reply comes
Within three working days
In the reply
A fixed price, a fixed delivery date and a list of what is included and what is not
Obligations
None, until you accept the estimate
Language
Russian, Latvian or English — whichever suits you
VAT
Not applicable — the price shown is final
Brief* — required field

Ten fields, three more appear as you go

The more specific the answers, the more precise the estimate. If you do not know something, write exactly that: «I don't know yet» is an acceptable answer everywhere here, and it helps me as much as a number.

I use the data from this form only to answer you. The terms are in the privacy policy.

This is the reply channel. The form has no other.

The prices in the price list are final, so there is no figure to name.

If there is no domain yet, I register it in your name and at the registrar's price — as its own line in the estimate, with no markup.

A mailbox like info@your-domain is included in the care plan. If your email already lives elsewhere, say where in the project field.

What the business is, what should happen on the site and by when. Three sentences is already a lot.

If we agree: Half on estimate approval, half on delivery. I invoice before work starts; until it is paid, work has not started. The full terms are in the terms.

Sending the brief commits you to nothing.

Right of withdrawal — 14 days

If you are a private individual, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without a reason and without explanation. The period runs from the day the contract is concluded, not from the day the work is delivered.

If you want me to start before those 14 days are up, the law requires two separate marks — before work begins, and not one tick for both. They are deliberately absent from this form: a brief is not a contract, and a mark made before a price, a scope and a date exist means nothing. You will make them in the estimate and get a copy by email — that is your copy.

If you withdraw after work has started, you pay for the part done — in proportion to the scope, not for the whole contract.

Two fields from the estimate

They are disabled here: there is nothing to tick on this page. This is how they look in the estimate, where you will actually tick them.

Right of withdrawal and model form

If something goes wrong

The complaint procedure is part of the information I must state before the contract, not after a dispute. That is why it is written here and not only in the terms.

I accept a complaint in any form: by email, with the word «complaint» in the subject. There is no form to fill in.

The registration number, the registered address and the phone number are not here yet: the form of business is not chosen, and the number has been withdrawn. Invented details would not be a placeholder but a false legal statement, and the law requires them regardless — they will appear here before launch. For now there is one channel, email, and it works.

The full terms are in the terms. The same details stand in the footer of every page.

Not used — that is a decision, not a gap

One channel: email. Not because it suits me better, but because then you and I have one thread instead of four, and what we agreed is visible in it.

The form is optional

The same person reads the email and answers the same way — with a fixed price and a fixed date.

VAT not applicable — the price shown is final.
